Welcome to my site created to share my love of music with my friends and anybody else interested.

It has turned into an anthology of my various musical tastes throughout the years, like Minimal Techno, House, New Wave, Synth Pop, Disco, Rock, Oldies, Reggae, Latin, etc.

Music Mixes

Contains my recently created Music Mixes with my favourite songs of all time that passed the ‘test of time’ or recent ones, you can listen to either by clicking “Music Mixes” in the menu or scrolling down here, and then selecting your favourite genre.

Digitized music cassettes

Contains my old audio mixed cassettes from 1979 to 1994 I digitized, you can listen to either by clicking “Cassettes” in the menu or scrolling down here, and then selecting your favourite era.

Favourite Clubs

Contains my favourite Clubs and Bars throughout the years that were main influences on my musical tastes’ evolution, their related stories and memorabilia, you can view either by clicking “Favourite Clubs” in the menu or scrolling down here and clicking “Click to see Clubs Details”.

Music Memorabilia

Contains some of my music related memorabilia items I found and their story, you can view by clicking “Memorabilia” in the menu.

Instructions to play my music

All the music on my site can be played by pressing the Play Button (Triangle) on the right of the player bar below each Mix or Cassette that should look like this:

You can also move forwards or backwards using the position in the middle of the bar and control the volume using the slide at the left of that same bar if it appears on your device.

My Music Mixes can also be played from my Mixcloud playlists by pressing the Play Button (Triangle) to start at the beginning:

or by selecting another starting Mix using “Up Next” on the bottom right corner.

Considering that:

– My classification by genre is occasionally difficult and arbitrary, for example the lines between House and Techno are sometimes blurry, so if you add to the equation my dislike of the term Trance, and let’s say the from time-to-time small differences between Progressive House or Hard House from Hard Trance or Techno, making it subjective.

– A lot of my Mixes start slowly and pick up the pace, so just don’t judge a Mix by its first song(s).

All this to say you are encouraged to explore to find what you are looking for and will hopefully like, or to help you listen to my Promo Videos.

Cassettes

This is where you can see my old cassettes I digitized by selecting an era below:

But as their sound quality was not optimal after all those years, it was one factor that convinced me to digitize my vinyls and create new Music Mixes that now contain most of the songs on these cassettes, so I removed their audio and just left them here for nostalgia.

Favourite Clubs

As one of the main influences on my musical tastes evolution came from the Clubs and Bars I frequented, this section pays homage to my favourite ones throughout the years, including some memorabilia from them.

Born in France, grew up in Canada in the vibrant Montreal music scene, traveled the world and now living in Indonesia, so I guess a citizen of the world!

Always been a DJ, professionally only for a couple of years, now mainly through this website or for my friends on the famous Friday nights at my place, but music has always been my passion, my tastes evolving through the years, so I created an anthology of music I am sharing with you, but now mainly mixing Minimal / Peak Time Techno while sometimes revisiting my collections of other genres.
